Rapid Reports provides a cloud-based platform for managing EMS patient care reports, including intake, validation, storage, and distribution to electronic medical record systems.

The Service is designed to be HIPAA compliant. By using the Service to process Protected Health Information (PHI), you agree to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us and to use the Service in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rapid Reports and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Reports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
